Special Procedures for COVID-19 Policy Violations
The Committee on Discipline (COD) has authorized OSCCS to use an expedited process to resolve suspected COVID-19 policy violations; for more information on the expedited process, click here.
Please note that as of March 14, 2022, MIT has made COVID-19 testing, daily health attestations, and wearing face coverings in most settings on campus (with the exception of MIT Medical facilities and MIT Shuttle buses) optional; more information can be found on the Institute’s COVID-19 response website. The Committee on Discipline and the Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards both strongly encourage Institute community members to respect each other’s choices regarding face coverings and other COVID-19 risk mitigation strategies and for individual community members to address concerns they have with others directly in a respectful manner.
